If 15 of the 19 September 11th hijackers were from Saudi Arabia, why did we attack Iraq and not even investigate Saudi Arabia?
This has been the question I have been asking for years. Friends and colleagues have always just dismissed the question stating that, “Well, our government investigated 9/11 and they would have come up with something. They did not say anything about Saudi Arabia, so they must have not been involved”.
This same adolescent naivety has kept the American people ‘dumbed down’ on many issues in which the American government may have done serious damage to the American public. The American Public’s situation, of not being truly represented by its government, is self-inflicted. We must start holding our representatives at every level accountable and start throwing people in jail for breaking laws and damaging our society. Using the Rule of Law is the tool to restore our great Republic.
As it always turns out; our government, the people who would ‘never’ blatantly lie to us, have lied to us. Our government most likely has protected terrorists and their sovereign supporters. In a 28 page Congressional report from the Joint Intelligence Committee Inquiry issued in 2002, which has been intentionally kept from the American Public for twelve years, a clear picture of the relationship between the 9/11 terrorists and sovereign nations is revealed.
For 13 years, the American Public has been told that these terrorists were isolated individuals who had no connection to any Nation. It is now being revealed that this is a blatant lie. After being granted access to the 28 page Congressional report, Representatives Walter B. Jones, R-N.C., and Stephen Lynch, D-Mass are co-sponsoring a bi-partisan bill to release the report to the public. Here is what Representative Jones had to say about the report:
“I was absolutely shocked by what I read,” Jones told International Business Times. “What was so surprising was that those whom we thought we could trust really disappointed me. I cannot go into it any more than that. I had to sign an oath that what I read had to remain confidential. But the information I read disappointed me greatly.” -International Business Times
Former Sen. Bob Graham, D-Fla., who chaired the Joint Inquiry in 2002 and has been beating the drum for more disclosure about 9/11 since then, has never understood why the 28 pages were redacted. Graham told IB Times that based on his involvement in the investigation and on the now-classified information in the document that his committee produced, he is convinced that “the Saudi government without question was supporting the hijackers who lived in San Diego…. You can’t have 19 people living in the United States for, in some cases, almost two years, taking flight lessons and other preparations, without someone paying for it. But I think it goes much broader than that. The agencies from CIA and FBI have suppressed that information so American people don’t have the facts.” Read IB Times Article Here..
This would not be the first time it has been shown that the Saudis fund, support, and CONTROL terrorists groups around the world. In 2013, the highly-respected writer for the London Telegraph Ambrose Evans-Pritchard reported:
As-Safir said Prince Bandar pledged to safeguard Russia’s naval base in Syria if the Assad regime is toppled, but he also hinted at Chechen terrorist attacks on Russia’s Winter Olympics in Sochi if there is no accord. “I can give you a guarantee to protect the Winter Olympics next year. The Chechen groups that threaten the security of the games are controlled by us,”
Prince Bandar went on to say that Chechens operating in Syria were a pressure tool that could be switched on an off. “These groups do not scare us. We use them in the face of the Syrian regime but they will have no role in Syria’s political future.” Read Article Here..
The American People deserve, and have a right to know, ALL information concerning the horrible attacks of September 11th. If the information is embarrassing or perhaps implicates individuals and/or governments which previously were ‘friends’, then we must as a country start making new friends and start pursuing Justice.
WARNING: It is very positive that this information is coming to light. This revelation is a move in the right direction. This report will get released, implicating Saudi Arabia, but it will neglect to implicate elements of the United States’ Intelligence Services as revealed in this article. We must not forget the overwhelming evidence implicating elements within our own intelligence services. EVERYONE involved must be held accountable within the Rule of Law. Don’t let them feed us a ‘crumb’ when there is a ‘whole steak’ of information available to us.
