NO!! His special gift: He knows how to read and pay attention!
It is a special gift which has been bred out of most citizens of developed countries. The ability to pay attention to what people are doing to you.
1. (Revealed in 1998) Weaponized Ebola created and possibly used in Zimbabwe
As documented in the recent article: Documented: Weaponized Ebola Created in 1980’s, the United States and South Africa along with some large pharmaceutical companies successfully created weaponized Ebola in the 1980’s. The head of the South African BioWeapons Program admitted that the collaboration between the U.S. and South Africa was intended to create race-specific weapons to lower the population growth of Black Africans. In addition, the Minister of Health of Zimbabwe (Dr. Timothy Stamps), stated in the midst of an Ebola outbreak in his country in the 1980’s, ”
“Because there are certain infectious conditions that have come to my notice over the period of the hostilities that are, to say the least, very strange. The evidence is very clear that these were not natural events.” “I’m talking about anthrax and cholera in particular, but also a couple of viruses that are not endemic to Zimbabwe [such as] the Ebola type virus and, we think also, the Marburg virus. “In my own mind there is no doubt that there were deliberate attempts to inoculate our country with those organisms. 2. (2006) Top Biologist Says Earth Overpopulated, 95% Population reduction is necessary, and Ebola is most effective means of achieving reduction

We are behaving like bacteria growing on an agar plate, flourishing until natural limits are reached or until another microbe colonizes and takes over, using them as their resource. In addition to our extremely high population density, we are social and mobile, exactly the conditions that favor growth and spread of pathogenic (disease-causing) microbes. 3. (2011) Military admits Ebola can be spread without bodily fluid contact (via the air)
In a 2011 military handbook published by the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, USAMRID, titled “USAMRID’s Medical Management of Biological Casualties Handbook,” now in its seventh edition; clearly states on page 117 regarding VHF (Viral Hemorrhagic Fever), a category of viruses including Ebola:
The military handbook goes on to state on page 117, “The USAMRID handbook recommends that for all VHF patients with significant cough, hemorrhaging or diarrhea, the hospital room should be a “negative-pressure isolation room” with six to 12 air exchanges, adequate to pump air out of the hospital room on a constant basis through bio-filters.” See Military Handbook Here
Any human being can pay attention to what is going on around them. I encourage everyone to just listen and read what the “leaders” in our societies have to say. They have no problem telling you exactly what their grand plans are and how they will be executed.
