White House issues statement temporarily halting funding for experiments ” genetically altering pathogens to enhance deadliness and ability to spread”
On October 17, the United States White House announced that it will temporarily halt funding for research it has been doing for decades “enhancing the pathogenicity (deadliness) and/or the transmissibility (ability to spread)” for some of the most deadly pathogens known to man. That’s right the government is telling you that it has been involved in genetically altering the most deadly pathogens on Earth to make them stronger and more contagious. Could this be our government covering its backside while new revelations continue to expose the United States’ BioWeapons Programs developed and used in Africa. Programs which include Ebola. For example, if it is undeniably proved that this pathogen “escaped” from a BioWeapons Lab in West Africa, then the excuse for why the United States was “enhancing” the pathogens in West Africa to begin with is provided (i.e. to protect the people).

Excerpt from White House statement:
“Specifically, the funding pause will apply to gain-of-function research projects that may be reasonably anticipated to confer attributes to Influenza, MERS, or SARS viruses such that the virus would have enhanced pathogenicity and/or transmissibility in mammals via the respiratory route.”

Excerpts from NIH Director’s statement:
“GOF studies refers to scientific research that increases the ability of any of these infectious agents to cause disease by enhancing its pathogenicity or by increasing its transmissibility among mammals by respiratory droplets.”
“During this pause, NIH will not provide new funding for any projects involving these experiments and encourages those currently conducting this type of work — whether federally funded or not — to voluntarily pause their research while the government determines how to proceed.”
Experts have brought to the public’s attention that Ebola is a genetically modified organism developed in US Biowarfare laboratories in Africa and verifiable human experiments were conducted with this version of Ebola in January 2014 before the deadly epidemic began in March 2014. As Reported Here…
Dr. Francis Boyle of the University of Illinois and Dr. Cyril Broderick of the University of Liberia provide evidence of the weapons labs in West Africa doing experiments on the pathogens. Dr. Boyle drafted the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 for the United States government and holds a Doctor of Law Magna Cum Laude as well as a Ph.D. in Political Science, both from Harvard University. Dr. Broderick is a former professor of plant pathology at the University of Liberia.

The White House goes on to tell us that the reason they have been enhancing the deadliness and transmissibility of the world’s most lethal pathogens is to somehow keep us safe from them. Hum…”we increase the deadliness of the pathogens, specifically in mammals, in order to protect all mammals.” Only the government can issue double-speak like this.
