Martial Law in Texas this Summer?
Martial law this summer is the false issue (aka. strawman agrument) the “media” points to when slandering those who are concerned about the military drill scheduled to take place in nine states across the U.S. between 7/15/15 – 9/15/15.
There will not be martial law in Texas this summer as the military executes its drill where Texas and Utah are listed as “hostile”. Imposing martial law this summer is not the objective of this military drill.
The REAL argument: Why are citizens concerned? They are concerned that the United States Military is training for activities which violate the laws of our nation.
Wikipedia defines Possee Comitatus as: a federal statute known as the Posse Comitatus Act forbids the use of the United States Army, and through it, its offspring, the United States Air Force, as a posse comitatus or for law enforcement purposes…..
The purpose of the act – in concert with the Insurrection Act of 1807 – is to limit the powers of the federal government in using its military personnel to act as domestic law enforcement personnel.
Concerned citizens have shown the documentation indicating that the military will be training to do exactly what the law forbids; namely, exercising domestic law enforcement duties. The drills own informational documents outline how the military will be interfacing with law enforcement agencies and civilians in the drill:
“daily communications between the Dept of Defense and Local Law Enforcement Agencies”
“The opportunity to work with civilians to gain their trust and an understanding of the issues”
The REAL objectives of the Jade Helm 15 Drill are dual in nature. Yes, as the drill document says, the military is using this to train for foreign warfare. But, the drills dual use is DOMESTIC in nature. The domestic goals are:
Condition civilians to see military personnel on American soil performing law enforcement activities
Condition military personnel that the military will be in a conflict with American citizens
To label Texas and Utah, in the mind of the general public, as “uncooperative” with the rest of the nation and possibly even “hostile”
Overtly communicate to the states of Utah and Texas that they have been “prioritized” as hostile
An “experiment” to observe which local authorities (i.e. sheriffs, police chiefs, govt agencies, etc ) will defer their authority and aid in the centralization or federalization of local law enforcement
To train and become familiar with the physical territory of these areas for the purpose of taking over American territory by force in a martial law scenario

As we exhaustively documented, this Internment training manual explicitly states in numerous places that these programs are for both overseas and domestically “within the United States or U.S. territories during civil support operations”
– In 2009 it was revealed how the National Guard posted a number of job listings looking for “Internment/Resettlement Specialists” to work in “civilian internee camps” within the United States.
– In the late 1990′s Alex Jones attended numerous urban warfare training drills where U.S. troops were trained to raid, arrest and imprison U.S. citizens in detention camps as well as taking over public buildings and running checkpoints. During role playing exercises, actors playing prisoners would scream “I’m an American citizen, I have rights” as they were being dragged away by troops.
– Back in 2008, U.S. troops returning from Iraq were earmarked for “homeland patrols” with one of their roles including helping with “civil unrest and crowd control”.
– Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984.. During the Iran-Contra hearings in 1987, however, it was revealed that the program was a secretive “scenario and drill” developed by the federal government to suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, assign military commanders to take over state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens determined by the government to be “national security threats.”
– A study which leaked in 2012 that was funded by the Department of Homeland Security characterized Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority,” and “reverent of individual liberty” as “extreme right-wing” terrorists.
– The infamous 2009 MIAC report, published by the Missouri Information Analysis Center and first revealed by Infowars, framed Ron Paul supporters, libertarians, people who display bumper stickers, people who own gold, or even people who fly a U.S. flag, as potential terrorists.
In 2013, former Navy SEAL Ben Smith warned that the Obama administration is asking top brass in the military if they would be comfortable with disarming U.S. citizens, a litmus test that includes gauging whether they would be prepared to order Non-Commissioned Officers to fire on Americans.
There are scores of other examples. It is undeniable: the U.S. military is training to engage American citizens and is federalizing local police across the nation.
