There is currently a Psychological Operation being implemented ON the American Public BY Intelligence Agencies with the stated objective of manipulating the public into seeing a perceived benefit in relinquishing the National Sovereignty of the United States of America.

According to the above referenced Wikipedia definition of Psychological Operation:

“Psychological operations (PSYOP) or, as it has been known since 2010, Military Information Support Operations (MISO), are planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of governments, organizations, groups, and individuals……They can be utilized during both peacetime and conflict…..Strategic PSYOPs include informational activities conducted by the U.S. government Agencies outside of the military arena, though many utilize Department of Defense (DOD) assets…  PSYOPs convey messages via visual, audio, and audiovisual media (Emphasis Added).

Supporting examples of the Psychological Operation currently being executed ON the American People include:

As documented in a WND article by Dr. Jerome Corsi; in 2014, both General David Petraeus and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., have carefully woven into public speeches the theme of combining the United States, Canada and Mexico into a single, North American Union- A Classic Globalist Goal.  In addition, many academics, such as Robert Pastor, are advocating and arguing for further North American “Integration”.

General David Petraeus, Council on Foreign Relations member, ex-CIA Director, and four-star general, serving over 37 years in the United States Military propagandizes in support of the North American Integration:

After America, there is North America,” explained Petraeus, the former U.S. military commander and former head of the CIA, to a panel entitled “After America, What?” held at the Margaret Thatcher Conference on Liberty on June 18, 2014, hosted by the Center for Policy Studies in Great Britain.

In his presentation to this prestigious conference, Petraeus proclaimed the coming of the “North American decade,” an objective he explained was founded on the idea of putting together the economies of the United States, Canada and Mexico, some 20 years after the creation of North American Free Trade Agreement, or NAFTA.  [Video of Petraeus’ comments (at 1:20 mark)]

“In each of these economies there are four revolutions going on,” Petraeus continued, naming the following: an energy revolution.., an information and technology revolution led by Silicon Valley; a manufacturing revolution; and a life sciences revolution.

“The forces unleashed by these four revolutions with all three countries being as highly integrated as they are, with Canada and Mexico being our two top trading partners, I believe we can argue that after America comes North America,” Petraeus explained.

Nancy Pelosi, House Minority Leader, advocates using the “immigration crisisas the opportunity to further integrate North America into one power bloc:

Speaking at the U.S. border with Mexico on June 28,2014 Pelosi addressed the crisis of thousands of unaccompanied children and teenagers from Central America illegally crossing into the United States.  Arguing that there should be no respect for our national border because   “every child has a spark of divinity in them”.

Referring to the United States and Mexico, Pelosi said, “This is a community with a border going through it. And this crisis – that some call a ‘crisis’ – we have to view as an opportunity.”  “What we just saw was so stunning. If you believe as we do that every child, that every person, has a spark of divinity in them and is therefore worthy of respect, what we saw in those rooms was [a] dazzling, sparkling array of God’s children, worthy of respect. So … we have to use the crisis – that some view as a crisis, and it does have crisis qualities – as an opportunity to show who we are as Americans, that we do respect people for their divinity and worth,” she said (Here at 3 min mark)

Robert Pastor, a long-time Professor of International Relations and Director of the Center for North American Studies, advocates for a North American “Community” similar to the European Community which was the predecessor to the European Union.
Pastor chaired a conference at the Center for American Studies at American University entitled “The NAFTA Promise and the North American Reality: The Gap and How to Narrow It,” a conference Pastor organized to fulfill a request made by Vice President Joe Biden.

Pastor’s 2001 book, “Toward a North American Community,” presented an argument that North American integration should advance through developing a “North American consciousness” by creating various institutions, including a North American customs union and a North American Development Fund for the economic development of Mexico.

Pastor also was vice chairman of the May 2005 Council on Foreign Relations task force report, “Building a North American Community,” which presents itself as a blueprint for using bureaucratic action though trilateral “working groups” constituted within the executive branches of the United States, Mexico and Canada to advance the North American integration agenda.

Additional supporting evidence was obtained in 2010 by WikiLeaks in a cache of over 251,287 cables from more than 250 US embassies around the world.  Apparently supporting small moves toward integration which are less likely to alarm the general population:

“The integration of North America’s economies would best be achieved through an “incremental” approach, according to a leaked U.S. diplomatic cable.

The cable, released through the WikiLeaks website and apparently written Jan. 28, 2005, discusses some of the obstacles surrounding the merger of the economies of Canada, the United States and Mexico in a fashion similar to the European Union and how to “sell” the idea.

“An incremental and pragmatic package of tasks for a new North American Initiative (NAI) will likely gain the most support among Canadian policymakers,” the document said. “The economic payoff of the prospective North American initiative … is available, but its size and timing are unpredictable, so it should not be oversold.”

There is a consciously organized plan to Integrate the Economies of The United States, Canada, and Mexico in order to achieve the ultimate objective of consolidating the National Sovereignty of each of these countries into the larger power bloc of a North American Union.  The North American Union will in turn compete with the Association of South East Asian Nations, African Union, European Union, and the Union of South American Nations. All of which are in various stages of their respective developments.  See for yourself.
