Geo-Engineering = Experimentation On Climate And People

We have all noticed the dramatic increase of contrails; those exhaust trails left in the sky created by jet airplanes. Some have wondered why this relatively new phenomenon has recently increased throughout our skies worldwide, but most have not paid attention to it at all.  We also may not have noticed that those seemingly innocuous jet contrails oftentimes turn into artificial clouds in the sky.  No one ever asks why this seemingly intentional criss-crossing of the skies takes place.

WHY are the skies bombarded with contrails which create artificial clouds and a net of haze? The answer to the question which no one ever asks is easily discovered with just a little effort.

There is a rarely discussed international program being implemented by the Government and Scientific community in order to artificially control the climate and manipulate global weather.  The justification for this artificial manipulation of the climate is, of course, the existential threat of Global Warming and the threat of another country mastering weather technologies before we do.

The mainstream news media of course denies that there is any such program or intentionally does not report on it.  However, if you look in the right direction you will find plenty of information on the subject.  The official name of this area of science is called Geo-Engineering and the military and government have been involved with Geo-engineering activities since at least the 1960’s.   Let’s look at some evidence.

The U.S. Government Has Designated Global Warming as a National Security Threat:

As well documented by Global Research, a 1996 report by top military advisers in the U.S. titled, “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025” suggests that climate change should become a focus of United States national security policy and provides a timeline for the use of Environmental Modification technologies in cooperation with the Weather Modification Association (WMA), a business-government partnership promoting the beneficial uses of environmental modification.

From the 1996 military report “Owning The Weather in 2025”:

Current demographic, economic and environmental trends will create global stresses that provide the impetus necessary for many countries or groups to turn weather modification ability into capability. In the United States weather modification will likely become part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy, depending on its interests, at various levels.

Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally… It could have offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence  purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog, and storms on earth or to modify space weather, … and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated set of technologies which can provide substantial increase in US, or degraded capability in an adversary..

The timeline in the same report anticipates the following technologies and the year in which they will be implemented:

2000                  Introduce ionic mirrors, with a sharp increase from 2008;

2000-2025     Use chemicals for atmospheric seeding by civilian (as well as military) aviation;

2004                  Create smart clouds thru nanotechnology, with exponential increase after 2010;

2005                  Introduce ‘carbon black dust’

Another military report from 2007 called, “National Security and the Threat of Climate Change”  advises that global warming become even more of a focus of the United States national security policy:

the U.S. should commit to a stronger national and international role to help stabilize climate changes at levels that will avoid significant disruption to global security and stability.

Elites Funding Millions of Dollars of Research For Weather Modification:

A 2012, article in The Guardian titled, “Bill Gates Backs Climate Scientists Lobbying for Large-scale Geoengineering” states:

A small group of leading climate scientists, financially supported by billionaires including Bill Gates, are lobbying governments and international bodies to back experiments into manipulating the climate on a global scale to avoid catastrophic climate change.

The scientists, who advocate geoengineering methods such as spraying millions of tonnes of reflective particles of sulphur dioxide 30 miles above earth, argue that a “plan B” for climate change will be needed if the UN and politicians cannot agree to making the necessary cuts in greenhouse gases, and say the US government and others should pay for a major programme of international research.

As well as Gates, other wealthy individuals including Sir Richard Branson, tar sands magnate Murray Edwards and the co-founder of Skype, Niklas Zennström, have funded a series of official reports into future use of the technology.

..Professors David Keith, of Harvard University, and Ken Caldeira.. of Stanford have so far received over $4.6m from Gates to run the Fund for Innovative Climate and Energy Research (FICER). Nearly half FICER’s money, which comes directly from Gates’s personal funds, has so far been used for their own research, but the rest is disbursed by them to fund the work of other advocates of large-scale interventions.

Weather Modification RESEARCH Programs BECAME OPERATIONAL and Are CURRENTLY Being Deployed:

In 1997, the United States Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen speaking at a keynote address at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy  stated that some countries are already engaging in intentionally setting off earthquakes, volcanoes, altering the climate (transcript here):

Some countries are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.

In addition, this is one of many United States Patents officially recognizing a method of Solar Radiation Management which injects tonnes of reflective nano-particles into the stratosphere for the purpose of reflecting some of the sun’s radiation back into space and reducing global warming:

United States Patent #5,003,186   Assignee:  Hughes Aircraft Company   March 26, 1991

1. A method of reducing atmospheric warming due to the greenhouse effect resulting from a layer of gases in the atmosphere which absorb strongly near infrared wavelength radiation, comprising the step of dispersing tiny particles of a material within the gases’ layer, the particle material characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity or reflectivity, in that said material has high emissivities with respect to radiation in the visible and far infrared wavelength spectra, and low emissivity in the near infrared wavelength spectrum, whereby said tiny particles provide a means for converting infrared heat energy into far infrared radiation which is radiated into space.

2. The method of claim wherein said material comprises one or more of the oxides of metals.

3. The method of claim 1 wherein said material comprises aluminum oxide.

4. The method of claim 1 wherein said material comprises thorium oxide.

5. The method of claim 1 wherein said particles are dispersed by seeding the stratosphere with a quantity of said particles at altitudes in the range of seven to thirteen kilometers above the earth’s surface.

2012 Iran accuses the West of using Weather Weapons to cause extreme drought in the country as a tactic in a “soft war”.

The West is launching another kind of ‘soft war’ on the Islamic republic.

Western countries have designed plans to cause drought in certain areas of the world, including Iran, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad accused Western countries.

Hassan Mousavi, cultural minister of Iran, said that he was ‘suspicious about the drought in the southern part of the country’.

He went on to accuse the West of using ‘technology’ to influence the nation’s climate, saying sand storms, droughts, and other extreme weather were the result of an unspecified method of war.

The drought is an acute issue and soft war is completely evident… This level of drought is not normal.

1967 OPERATION POPEYE Admitted Real World Operational Weather Weaponry Used in Vietnam

Operation Popeye was a highly classified weather modification program in Southeast Asia during 1967-1972…A report titled Rainmaking in SEASIA outlines use of lead iodide and silver iodide deployed by aircraft in a program that was developed in California at Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake…During October 1966, Project Popeye was tested in a strip of the Laos panhandle east of the Bolovens Plateau in the Se Kong River valley. The government of Laos was not informed of the project, its methods or its goals. The name Operation Popeye entered the public space through a brief mention in the Pentagon Papers...Project Popeye transitioned from an experiment to an operational program of the U.S. Defense department….The chemical weather modification program was conducted from Thailand over Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam and allegedly sponsored by Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and CIA without the authorization of then Secretary of Defense Melvin Laird who had categorically denied to Congress that a program for modification of the weather for use as a tactical weapon even existed.

 

2007 KSLA investigative news report (video here) discussing the testing and toxic results of substances falling from the sky after active spraying, also discussing unclassified weather modification programs, and discussing admitted secret biological testing on civilians and soldiers.

Citizen:  Some mornings it (the contrails) was just criss-crossing the whole sky.  it was just like a giant checker board.

Reporter:  They began as normal contrails from a jet engine, but do not fade away like a normal contrail.  Soon after he saw particles in the air.

Citizen:  We’d see it drop to the ground in a haze….this is water and stuff I collected in bowls…

Reporter:  KSLA News had the sample tested at a lab.  The results a high level of Barium, 6.8 parts per million.. More than three times the toxic level set by the Environmental Protection Agency….Barium is a hallmark of other chem-trail testing…There is already no shortage of unclassified weather modification programs by the government.   But those who fear chem-trails may be chemical or biological testing on the public point to the 1977 Senate hearings in particular which confirm 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969.  Later the 1999 Rockefeller Report concluded hundreds of thousands of military personnel were subjected to secret biological experiments over the last sixty years, but could secret testing be underway again….the military denies any such program exists.

Reporter:  And it turns out, until nine years ago, the government had the right, under U.S. law to conduct secret testing on the American Public under specific conditions..

 

In 1986, the Soviet air force diverted Chernobyl fallout from reaching Moscow by seeding clouds.

Russian military pilots have described how they created rain clouds to protect Moscow from radioactive fallout after the Chernobyl nuclear disaster in 1986.

More than 4,000 square miles of Belarus were sacrificed to save the Russian capital from the toxic radioactive material.

 

2008 The Chinese “Weather Manipulation Missile”

Sounding like a military operation, the Chinese government authorized the use of 1,104 cloud seeding missile launches from 4:00-11:39pm on Friday night to remove the threat of rain ahead of the 29th Olympic opening ceremony in Beijing.

WEATHER WARFARE AND MODIFICATION HAS BEEN REGULATED BY INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS SINCE THE 1970’S

May 1977  United Nations Environmental Modification (EnMod) Convention

This international treaty prohibits the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques.

The Convention bans weather warfare, which is the use of weather modification techniques for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction.

EnMod Treaty Article 3:

1. The provisions of this Convention shall not hinder the use of environmental modification techniques for peaceful purposes and shall be without prejudice to the generally recognized principles and applicable rules of international law concerning such use.

 

2010  UN CONVENTION ON BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY

This international treaty defined geoengineering as:

The deliberate intervention in the planetary environment of a nature and scale intended to counteract anthropogenic climate change and its impacts.

This treaty banned weather manipulation as a weapon, but gave the green light for Geo-engineering to be used as a technique in the global warming “crisis”.

CONCLUSION

Throughout this article, it has been shown that the United States government has designated global warming as a national security threat and that large scale Geo-engineering projects have been operational since the 1960’s.  These Geo-engineering projects have been used for research AND for offensive weapons of war. It has also been shown that many elite billionaires and governments have been funding the technological advancement of Geo-engineering.  United States patents have been issued for Geo-engineering technology.  Congressional hearings admit the existence of such programs.    Independent testing has been done on material falling from the sky after significant spraying has been documented.  This testing has revealed high levels of Barium and other metals which are unhealthy for humans, agriculture, and the environment in general.

Yet, government at all levels refuses to discuss why there has been a significant increase in visible contrails in the sky and what these contrails consist of chemically.

The question of course is if large scale Geo-engineering doesn’t exist; why has billions of dollars been spent studying it, why are there so many Geo-engineering patents issued by the U.S. government, why did the United Nations through international treaties place regulations on Geo-engineering use, why are there contrails all over the sky, why do military advisers claim Geo-engineering should be part of our national security policy, and why are there results of real-life tests showing high levels of metals secreting from the sky.

The answer:  Our government, and others around the world, are spraying an aerosol of nano-particles and/or other chemicals in the air.  They are doing this upper atmosphere spraying to research its effects on lowering the temperature of the Earth.  They are also doing it to research weather weapons to be used on our enemies.  The spraying is being done without regard to its effects on the human beings below.  The materials being sprayed in our atmosphere eventually fall to Earth contaminating our environment and harming the uninformed citizens below.

WE ARE BEING SPRAYED LIKE ANIMALS!
